This course offers a progression towards to the standard Gyrokinesis Level 1 class formats while focusing particularly on the decompression of the cervical spine.

GYROKINESIS® Cardiovascular Breathing Course- Progression 1 墊上嬋柔™心血管呼吸課程 進階1

Prerequisite
Licensed GYROTONIC® or GYROKINESIS® Trainer

The Gyrokinesis Cardiovascular Breathing Program, developed by Juliu Horvath, offers a path to respiratory health in uniquely designed progressions that allows each person to stay in the individual comfort zone while expanding the functional range with a sense of ease.

All circulatory systems of the human body are stimulated systematically, leading to an increase in the flow of blood, nutrients, oxygen and other gases, and as well as hormones to and from cells.

In the progression one course, the students learn the fundamentals of the movement and breathing patterns.

Length of the class format: between 45 to 60 minutes.

Upon completion of the course, trainers who don't already have a Gyrokinesis trademark license (only a Gyrotonic license) will be required to purchase and sign a Specialized Gyrokinesis Trademark License Agreement.

In this course, the trainers expand on the exercises sequences covered in the Progression One Course, learning new sequences, with additional stimulation of the circulatory system while deepening the understanding of progression one. This course includes a warm up sequence for the cervical spine. From the layperson to the athlete, one can achieve progress in a short time that would otherwise require strenuous exercise routines to attain the same depth.

GYROKINESIS® Applications for Juliu's Wrapping System

In the early days of the system, Juliu created a wrapping technique to give the feeling of openness and freedom while also creating a sense of deep connection and power in the body.This course is based on those techniques.

Using cloth wraps that are tied around the pelvis, torso, arms, or legs, trainers will experience how the hug-like feedback from the wraps jumpstarts the action of connection in the body and will learn how to use the wraps for more effective cueing.

An Exotic GYROKINESIS® Journey at the Ballet Barre

Prerequisite
Licensed GYROKINESIS® Trainer

This course offers an alternative to traditional dance training, by transforming the dancer's relationship to his/her long term and immediate preparatory needs. Sequences are created around a traditional Ballet Barre, yet they are not drawn from any formal dance training, and are accompanied by music. Straps are incorporated in some level 2 sequences. The purpose is to increase the versatility of the body, fulfilling the needs of all dance genders. Although not a prerequisite, dance experience is recommended.

While cultivating flexibility, strength and balance on a deep level, particular attention is placed on the integration of breathing patterns, empowering movements and establishing a sense of ease and satisfaction.

Gyrokinesis seated and standing sequences (2 hours total) set to a musical score created by Gyrokinesis creator, Juliu Horvath in collaboration with musician, Rodolfo Troncoso. The rhythm and tone of each song in these sequences is designed to resonate with the specific timing, and intention of the movement the song accompanies. This harmonic synchrony of movement, and music adds a powerful, new dimension to the Gyrokinesis exercise experience.

GYROKINESIS® Essentials

A Journey of Spinal Motions Towards Level 1. This course offers a systematic approach to the standard Gyrokinesis level 1 formats, presented as 6 different class formats. All class formats can be used independent or subsequently from program 1 to program 6. Each class format is developed for a 60 to 90 minutes class. The following class formats are presented:

Program 3: Decompression of the cervical spine

Each program can be considered a progression towards the Gyrokinesis Level 1 Formats. All programs of the Gyrokinesis Essentials are mainly done on a chair and in standing.

GYROKINESIS® Lotus Blossom, Program 1 Course  蓮花盛開I

In this course, students learn a new 1 hour and 15 minute Gyrokinesis floor sequence, and a 30 minute, standing nerve strengthening sequence. The floor sequence consists of a floor version of the seated spinal motions, in addition to level 1 and intermediate level floor sequences. The Nerve Strengthening Sequence is a special treasure that Juliu developed many years ago and is re-introducing as part of the new Lotus Blossom #1 Course. The Nerve Strengthening Sequence can be incorporated with the Lotus Blossom #1 Class format, and can also be incorporated with any Gyrokinesis level class format.

GYROKINESIS® Lotus Blossom, Program 2 Course 蓮花盛開II

In this course, students learn a new 1 hour 15 minute Gyrokinesis floor sequence, and the 30 minute Standing Shivering Sequence. The floor sequence consists of simplified elements of the Gyrokinesis Level 2 Cat Back Sequence, in addition to a number of Level 1, and simplified Level 2 Gyrokinesis sequences. The Standing Shivering Sequence provides an energetic release, cleansing the entire system, re-organizing, and refreshing body, and mind.

Jewels of the GYROKINESIS® Method

The format of this course, which follows the structure of a regular Gyrokinesis Level 1 class, incorporates exercises taken from the different GYROTONIC® Specialized Equipment sequences, such as the Leg Extension Unit & the Jumping-Stretching Board, as well as from advanced courses such as the Gyrotonic Level 2 (Pulley Tower) Course and the Gyrokinesis Level 2 Course. Hand weights and body bars are used to emphasize the contrast in the body. The result is a lightness in the joint and ligaments, increased speed in the movements, and increased strength in the entire body. Sacred Geometry and the GYROKINESIS® Method

Sacred Geometry is the inquiry into the nature of being in form. All forms of life reveal the Sacred Solids in their evolution, structure and movement. GYROKINESIS® Applications for Pelvic Floor Health

In this course Gyrokinesis Trainers will learn the current state of common pelvic floor issues, their treatments, and in turn the confidence to educate their clients in approaches that could help preserve natural pelvic functioning for their entire lives. Whether clients wish to maintain or recover from all-too-common pelvic ailments, such as incontinence and prolapse in women and prostate issues in men, teachers will be left with tools for effective communication and accessible ideas their clients can apply immediately to daily pelvic functioning. The course also contains a unique class routine, reinforcing basic Gyrokinesis principles, providing clients the potential to reorganize and strengthen the entire team of pelvic muscles, potentially improving any trauma, physical and/or emotional. Modifications are also provided to allow clients with even the most serious issues to retrain and regain pelvic floor control over time with consistent practice.
